Fundamentals of Cyber Security
This course provides students with an understanding of both defensive and offensive issues of information security required to attain the CompTIA Security+ professional certification. The curriculum includes instruction on general security concepts, communications security, infrastructure security, cryptography, and operational and organizational security. The course also investigates both the technical and non-technical issues of information security. Non-technical management concerns, such as risk analysis and the moral, ethical, and legal dilemmas of computer monitoring.
Fundamentals of Networks
This course is intended for entry-level computer support professionals with basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems, who wish to increase their knowledge and understanding of networking concepts and skills to prepare for a career in network support or administration, or to prepare for the CompTIA Network+ professional certification.
