ATIC is a confederation of local government, academic and industry partners which will leverage advanced technical intelligence expertise existing locally and at other locations in the country. The confederation consists of a collaborative network of organizations sharing the common objectives of training and educating a workforce to support the IC's classified advanced technology programs.
